PositionOverview

  • The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) overseesand optimizes all revenue-generating activities within our company.This includes business development, internal/external communication,sales leadership, marketing, and client experience to maximize revenueand drive business growth.

Role Objectives

  • As the most senior member of the HET Leadership Team, youwill be accountable for developing the company's one, three-, andfive-year strategies in partnership with the CEO.
  • Partner with the leadership team to execute the currentcorporate strategic plan and develop the next evolution of our growthstrategy.
  • Identify new marketopportunities and manage the KPIs to achieve the business plan set foreach segment.
  • Ensure performance andalignment of the company’s revenue-generating verticals.
  • Strategic vision to drive sales growth withinthe sales team, while maintaining focus on exceptional outcomes.
  • Help maximize reach and efficiency byadding new, scalable partners in a thoughtful way.
  • Monitor the revenue, pipeline and leads, and drive revenuestrategy with inputs from the department leads and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in external events and actas a thought leader across the industries where we do business.

Responsibilities

  • Monitorthe marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitivestrategies and tactics.
  • Create andmanage a data-driven revenue growth strategy.
  • Maintain a regular performance reporting cycle to the CEO/ Founder and Leadership Team.
  • Be accountable foremployee performance.
  • Play a role inthe business development strategy and pitching; partnering closelywith the CEO.

Minimum Educational Level& Requirements

  • University Degree
  • 10+ Years in leadership roles
  • Ability to craft and execute a businessstrategy
  • Management Experience and P&Lsupervision
