Building Services Manager

Building Services Manager opportunity to work for a top regional main contractor, covering the Midlands. This Building Services Manager will manage schemes and will have full autonomy to manage the MEP packages and sub-contractors. This is an exciting position for this Building Services Manager to take the lead on major MEP iconic projects. You will be responsible for * Project management and co-ordinating the M&E Installation * MEP design reviews and working with design consultants * Pre-Construction * Attending all site and client meetings * Managing the progress and programme of the project's delivery in particular M&E. * To minimise risks associated with the projects and involvement with VE * Full management of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant agencies * Health and Safety input and supervision * Quality * Building Services Management * Dealing with any variations to the scope of the project
