Warehouse / Forklift / Code 2 Driving Bridgend £25000 PA Plus allowances The Company Opportunity to join a manufacturing company based in the Bridgend area, who are looking for a new team member in their busy productive warehouse. The Role This is a permanent full-time position working a 40 hour week. You will work 8 hours a day between the hours of 06:00AM and 06:00PM Monday - Friday. The use of forklifts and driving code 2 HGV's is essential for this role. Applicants with in-house forklift licenses from current or previous employment are welcome to apply. Duties will include: Loading and unloading delivery vehicles Internal movement of stock Stock control using the warehouse management system Monthly stock checks Forklift truck operation Picking orders Moving goods between production, packing and dispatch areas Ensuring warehouse and vehicles are clean and tidy Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met Requirements The successful applicant will have the following experience qualifications and attributes: Previous warehouse operations experience is essential Experienced in operating forklift trucks essential Current forklift license - in-house licenses are acceptable Code 2 HGV license is also essential for this role Previous stock control experience Solid communication skills A team player who can also work well independently using own initiative Good at following instructions A self-starter In Return Joint a reputable company in a full time permanent role.
