Housing Support Worker

Spirehouse are currently supporting a West Midlands based Charity in need of a Housing Support Worker The Opportunity My client in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Housing Support Worker on a temporary to permanent basis to start as soon as possible. You will manage a small caseload of 17 across Warwickshire. Please note that we will only proceed with applicants who have Housing Support Worker experience and will not proceed with care related applications. Note, a full UK drivers licence with access to a vehicle is essential for this position. The successful candidate will have: A Social Housing background supporting those vulnerable with Housing Management Excellent customer service skills along with communicational skills A good working knowledge of Social housing related benefits Experience in managing their own caseload Further information: Start ASAP Temporary to permanent opportunity £15.00 per hour via umbrella Full time working pattern – 37 hours (Monday – Friday) Requirements: Full UK driver licence and access to a vehicle Experience in a similar role Enhanced DBS from the last three years Please apply for this role online or contact Kim Parsons at Spirehouse for a confidential discussion.
