Temporary Accommodation Project Administrator Lewisham I am recruitng for a local authoirty who is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the Resettlement Team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Tenancy Management and Resettlemet Team Leader and Compliance Officer, ensuring daily tasks smoothly and compliance standards are met within the wider team. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including data collection, data cleansing, spreadsheet management, high-volume mailings, and managing email communication. Key Responsibilities Assist with data gathering for project initiatives. Compile and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets using software like Microsoft Excel. Produce weekly report with expired cert Monitoring alerts on compliance spreadsheets Working with Heating Team & Electric team who are responsible for gas safety checks on PSLs Working with Compliance Officers to notify providers when properties are below standard Ensure 100% of PSL, HAP and PMA Maintain a well-organized filing system for project documents (physical and digital). Answer phones and emails in a professional and courteous manner, directing inquiries as appropriate. Provide general administrative support as needed by the team Preparing and sending out information to stakeholders, supporting the development of agendas, attending meetings to take minutes and updating project documents. Cross checking information across on databases to ensure information is correct Reviewing and tracking progress of projects, including monitoring deadlines and reporting to senior colleagues where required
