Position: CRM Analyst Location: Chertsey Salary: Competitive day rate + bonus scheme Duration: Ongoing Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm Overview of a CRM Analyst As a CRM Analyst, your role entails analysing customer data to derive actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop targeted CRM strategies aimed at enhancing customer relationships and maximizing business value. The Display business is rapidly growing, profitable, and diverse, serving a range of customers from ultra-high net worth individuals to consumers. The European team translates global strategies into local execution across products, sales, retail, and marketing. With a dedicated team of 35, they focus on innovation. Responsibilities of a CRM Analyst • Reseller Behaviour Analysis: Utilize demographic data, purchasing trends, product usage information, spending habits, loyalty metrics, and other relevant factors to analyse and understand reseller behaviour and preferences. • Portal Management Assistance: Provide support to the CRM Operations Manager in maintaining the portal, including tasks such as uploading content and ensuring smooth portal activity, especially for the European subsidiary. • Partner Portal Optimization: Improve the partner portal's functionality and user experience by evaluating user interactions, generating regular reports for team review, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement enhancements based on feedback and analysis. Key competencies of a CRM Analyst • CRM Systems and Management: Good understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. • Analytical and Database Management Skills: Strong analytical skills and database management capabilities. • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Access and Excel. • Problem Solving and Project Ownership: Ability to problem solve and take ownership of projects. • Teamwork and Multitasking: Ability to work well in groups and multitask effectively.
