Chief Executive Officer Location: London (hybrid) Salary: £74,000 Duration: 12 month FTC Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a London based Housing Association with their recruitment of a Chief Executive Officer, on a 12 month fixed term contract. Seeking an experienced and strategic Interim CEO at AD or Director level to lead the organisation through a period of significant transition. As they continue to evolve and refine operations, your primary focus will be to review current staffing structure, policies, and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose. You will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of the organisation and embedding a positive and cohesive culture among the relatively new permanent team What will you do in the role? * Leadership & Management: Provide strong leadership to guide the organisation and foster a positive, collaborative culture across all teams. * Operational Review: Conduct a comprehensive review of the current organisational setup, including staffing structure, policies, and procedures. * Policy & Procedure Updates: Oversee the updating and implementation of policies and procedures to align with best practices and the specific needs of the organisation. * Team Development: Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and other senior leaders to support and develop the new team, ensuring they are well-integrated and motivated. * Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic oversight for the management of the property portfolio, considering the unique and fluid nature of the housing provision. Who would excel in this role? * Experience: Proven track record in a senior leadership role, ideally at AD or Director level, with experience in leading organisational reviews and driving cultural change. * Sector Knowledge: While experience in property management or a similar sector is advantageous, an understanding of the unique challenges of the organisation is essential. * Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and galvanise a team. * Change Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and implement change within an organisation, particularly in reviewing and updating policies and procedures. * Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
