We pride ourselves on managing engineering design and development projects across the product lifecycle. What You'll Do As a Business Development Manager within our commercial team, you'll be instrumental in our expansion. Your day-to-day tasks will include: * Identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships * Promoting our products/services and collaborating with clients to deliver integrated solutions * Strategizing and executing plans that align with our growth objectives * Collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless service delivery * Staying informed about market trends and competitors * Working with our Bid Team Manager to deliver compelling proposal solutions * Representing Hadfield Services Limited at industry events and networking opportunities * Tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed * Arranging business meetings with prospective clients * Managing the sales pipeline activities, including updating sales, revenue, and invoice data proactively * Providing reliable customer feedback at all stages of the sales process * Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers * Developing entry-level staff into valuable salespeople Experience Required * Experience in the harness supply and rig manufacturing industries is essential. * Demonstrated experience in selling high-volume products. * Proven track record in manufacturing and component sales. * Expertise in selling engineering modules, particularly those related to rigs and harnesses.
