Join us and help shape the future of energy for a cleaner world.Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of turbomachinery solutions for projects focused on energy transition technologies. The ideal candidate will have a broad technical background in fields such as mechanics, electrical systems, or automation, driven by a personal passion for engineering. While prior experience in turbomachinery is a plus, it is not a strict requirement—your passion for technology and eagerness to learn are what matter most.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects from conception to delivery, focused on the design and development of turbomachinery (compressors, turbines, pumps) for energy transition technologies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of projects in Carbon Capture, Hydrogen Fuel Cells, ORC, and Supercritical CO2 applications. Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to develop innovative and efficient turbomachinery designs tailored to the needs of the energy transition sector. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and client requirements. Act as a technical advisor, offering insights into mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, even if expertise in turbomachinery is still developing. Foster continuous learning and development in advanced engineering fields relevant to your projects. Qualifications: Strong technical background in mechanics, electrical systems, automation, or related fields, whether through professional experience or personal passion. Previous experience in project management, especially in the energy, engineering, or industrial sectors. Knowledge of energy transition technologies such as Carbon Capture, Hydrogen Fuel Cells, ORC, or Supercritical CO2 is a strong advantage. Familiarity with turbomachinery (compressors, turbines, pumps) is beneficial, but a keen interest and willingness to learn are more important. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure project success. Ability to navigate complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
