Property Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my client as a Property Manager. You will be managing a portfolio of around 90 properties. You will need to be comfortable and experienced in handling sometimes demanding landlords and tenants. * Liaising with landlords, tenants, third party contractors and professional advisors. * Arranging works/maintenance within the property portfolio. * Producing regular property inspections and reporting. * Dealing with issues/complaints from landlords and tenants. * Advising landlords of any maintenance works required. * Liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants regarding any maintenance work. * Booking and chasing gas safety checks. EICRs and EPCs * Managing end of Tenancy process and tenancy deposit returns. * Providing support to landlords and tenants. * Liaising with Negs. To arrange any pre tenancy or in between tenancy works * Administering TDS Claims. * Keeping abreast of legal changes/compliance and adapting terms of business, legal forms and tenancy agreements when required.
