My Client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Account Manager to join their dynamic team based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in the private medical insurance industry. As a Trainee Account Manager, you will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining in-depth knowledge of the market, products, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: * Client Onboarding & Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including understanding their needs, presenting suitable insurance options, and handling initial queries. * Account Management: Support senior account managers in managing existing client accounts, ensuring they receive ongoing advice and service tailored to their changing needs. * Policy Review & Renewals: Assist in reviewing client policies, managing renewal processes, and ensuring clients are aware of any changes or updates to their coverage. * Sales & Relationship Building: Learn how to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their long-term healthcare goals and identifying opportunities for additional services or policy enhancements. * Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to support the brokerage in delivering the best advice to clients. * Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to account management, such as updating CRM systems, preparing client documentation, and scheduling follow-ups. Requirements: * Educational Background: A degree in business, finance, insurance, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred but not essential. * Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively. * Customer Focused: A genuine interest in helping clients, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service. * Detail-Oriented * Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. * Team Player * Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, learn from senior team members, and contribute to team success. * Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with online communication tools. * Motivation & Drive: A self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and career development, keen to pursue a career in account management within the insurance industry.
