Handyperson

We are urgently looking for a skilled Handyperson (Southwark) preferably with experience working with local authority housing stock. £22 - £25ph The Role Must be a competent tiler. Must have basic 1st and 2nd fix plumbing skills. Able to identify and Isolate Hot and Cold supplies in a variety of properties. 2nd fix fitting of basins, toilets and ancilliaries for disabled. Install basic disabled adaptation equipment, Handrails, Ramps. Basic carpentry skills, enough to construct stud walls, boxing and fit doors and internal locks. Basic painting and decorating.
