Service Receptionist Starting salary up to £26,000 per annum. Working hours from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. Fantastic long-term career development prospects with a business that has over 20 years experience in vehicle accident repair. We are currently advertising on behalf of an large multi-site automotive accident repair group who are currently recruiting for a Service Receptionist to assist in their busy Service Department in the Bristol area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Receptionist who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service. Their minimum requirements for a Service Receptionist are as follows: Strong experience working in a similar customer service orientated role The ability to upsell on service work and service plans Customer Focused and an excellent communicator Experience working in the automotive industry or a strong understanding of the sector would be highly advantageous however is non-essentialAs a Service Receptionist with our Client you will be expected to: Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems Update Customers and Vehicle Records Prepare and complete Invoices Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requiresFor your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £26,000.
