Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager fully bilingual in Quebec French and English. This role requires expertise in managing and scaling paid social campaigns and Google Ads, with a keen eye for data-driven strategies. The successful candidate will lead our performance marketing efforts, optimizing budgets, and identifying growth opportunities across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn to meet or exceed key performance indicators.
- Manage substantial advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum return on investment.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing and other comparative metrics to continually refine strategy and approach.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad content is engaging, brand-appropriate, and optimized for conversion.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and reports to senior management and clients.
- Stay current with industry trends and updates in digital advertising to keep the agency at the forefront of digital marketing innovations.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development within the field of performance marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of managing large-scale paid social and search campaigns in a digital agency setting.
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and ROI analysis.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and SEMrush.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
