Head of Business Development Professional Security Services East Midlands Basic to £70,000 + Uncapped OTE, Fully Expensed Car + Pension This highly accredited and well-regarded organisation provide professional security services to many major organisations. As a result of continued growth and reinvestment in the business, they require a Head of Business Development to lead and execute on the growth strategy of the business in tandem with the senior management team. With a senior business development background in manned guarding services, you will perhaps be frustrated in a restrictive, corporate environment and be looking for an agile, responsive and extremely high calibre, independent organisation. You will enjoy high levels of autonomy, trust and freedom to manage the role in the most effective way for you.
