About the role: As the new EYFS Teacher, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive and friendly teaching community that’s passionate about providing the best start in education for young learners. You’ll play a key role in shaping the development of children aged 3 to 5 in a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment. Your focus will be on creating exciting learning opportunities that inspire creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning in the early years. Using both structured and play-based activities, you will help children develop essential social, emotional, and cognitive skills. This is a long-term position with the potential for career development and leadership opportunities. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Experience working within an Early Years setting. • A passion for Early Years education and child development. • Ability to create engaging, fun, and safe learning environments. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver an inspiring EYFS curriculum that supports children’s early development. • Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued. • Engage children in creative activities to promote their emotional and social growth. • Monitor and record student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. • Work closely with teaching assistants, other staff, and parents to provide a holistic learning experience.
