Role: Contracts Manager Location: Barnes, Greater London Salary: up to £80k + Package My client are looking for a Contracts Manager. The Contracts Manager is required for a 2 year social housing regeneration framework. The social housing decarbonisation project will span over 2 years, across occupied properties. The Contracts Manager will have experience across social housing refurbishment projects. The Contracts Manager will have the following skill set: - 5 years experience as a contracts manager. - Social housing refurbishment experience - MCIOB ideally. - SMSTS/ First Aid / CSCS Suitable job titles considered will be Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager / Senior Contracts Manager
