As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consulting Director to lead our solution delivery efforts, provide strategic guidance, and enhance client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Strategic and Tactical Leadership: Lead the development and execution of strategic and tactical plans for solution delivery. Drive the achievement of client objectives by overseeing the development, implementation, and integration of tailored solutions. Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor against their objectives. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing innovative and effective solutions. Opportunity Development: Identify and nurture follow-through opportunities within existing client work. Work closely with client and business development teams to contribute to solution discovery, proposal development and client presentations. Subject Matter Expertise: Represent Bond as a subject matter expert (SME) across our key industry sectors. Stay abreast of industry trends, loyalty best practices and emerging technologies to provide informed insights to clients. Content Development: Develop in-market content and thought leadership perspectives to showcase Bond as a leader in the industry. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling materials and participate in industry events. Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration within the consulting team. Provide mentorship and guidance to direct reports, promoting their professional growth. Requirements: Proven experience in consulting or a related field, with a focus on solution delivery and client engagement. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. In-depth knowledge of key industry sectors, staying informed on industry trends and best practices. Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex consulting projects. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Master's degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in a consulting leadership role. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing client-focused solutions.
