Job Overview
This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of daily technical processes at HelloFresh. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising and escalating food safety and quality issues to ensure compliance with food safety standards and company processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical activities to ensure smooth collaboration and completion of daily tasks.
- Provide support to internal teams with food safety and quality projects.
- Lead or be involved in independent projects and tasks to ensure the site is compliant to food safety and quality standards.
- Evaluate and escalate quality and safety issues following the ICS process and ensure correct communication to key stakeholders.
- Conduct routine processes such as temperature monitoring, scale and calibration checks.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records on production, food safety data, and analyze this data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement.
- Undertake basic problem-solving activities and escalate to the Technical Manager where necessary.
- Undertake audits and follow through on actions regarding compliance to Food Safety; Health & Safety Standards and any other specified standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical coordination role within the food industry.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Software.
- Strong data manipulation skills.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes.
- Familiarity with food safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Work Schedule
4 on 3 off, Sunday to Wednesday 6:30am - 6:30pm.
