I’m working closely with my client who operates a group of highly successful premium restaurants in the UK and abroad. I’m helping them to find their next Head of wine who will be fully responsible for wine across their UK and Europe. This will be a head office position and will require someone who is highly skilled in all things wine and has held a similar position for a minimum of 3/4 years.

Minimum Requirements to be considered:


  • You must be a true hospitality professional and have at least 3/4 years of experience in a similar role working with premium restaurant groups, ideally in London.
  • You must speak fluent English and have excellent communication skills to guide your teams to success
  • Court of Master Sommelier – Advanced Sommelier Certificate
  • Level 4 Diploma in Wines
  • You must be Proof eligible to work in the United Kingdom
