About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Security and Loss Prevention Program Manager to join our External Fulfilment Network Solutions (EFNS) team in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective provision of security services and asset protection across the EMEA Customer Fulfilment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational and tactical risk-based security programs and projects specific to Customer Fulfilment within EMEA to prevent theft and losses.
  • Develop risk-based as well as cost-effective security solutions and engage internal and external stakeholders to implement the security solutions.
  • Create security standards, programs, assessments, and procedures and collaborate with key regional stakeholders for their consistent implementation.
  • Ensure compliance to security standards and requirements, partner with stakeholders to implement effective audit programs to detect, prevent, and mitigate Customer Fulfilment losses, and follow up on definition and implementation of corrective action plans.
  • Contribute to reducing business losses from security incidents by identifying and understanding vulnerabilities, MOs, and implementing appropriate protection measures.

About the Team

Working with our stakeholders, Security and Loss Prevention secures the Amazon supply chain end-to-end and promotes security across business. Sitting within Security and Loss Prevention, the EFN team develops and implements risk mitigation programs to prevent Security and Loss Prevention-related risks and vulnerabilities within the Customer Fulfilment environment as early as possible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience leading process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
