Process Operator Location: Poole Salary: £14.00 per hour  Hours: Monday to Friday (8.00am-4.30pm) 37.5 hours per week - Temporary to possible permanent  Tru Talent is excited to collaborate with a reputable materials company, catering to diverse consumer and industrial sectors. We're currently seeking a Plant/Process Operator to join our client, a global consumer who serve customers in pharmaceutical, personal care, architectural coatings, construction, energy, food, beverage, and nutraceuticals. The position is on a temporary basis, with the potential for the right candidate to transition into a permanent role. Responsibilities of the Plant/Process Operator: Adhering to established procedures for manufacturing Executing calculations and production of the internal phase Conducting product separation Calculating and incorporating preservative systems Handling packaging processes Maintaining adherence to safety protocols Ensuring cleanliness and organisation in the workspace Supporting delivery and shipment tasks Fulfilling any additional responsibilities as needed by the company About you: Preferred background in chemical manufacturing. Proficiency in following written procedures and working meticulously under close guidance, given stringent standards. Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
