The Duke of York Haggerston is a trendy gastro pub serving high-quality food and craft beer. As Deputy General Manager, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue, demonstrating great commercial acumen and nurturing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in running the venue as a business
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Train, mentor, and develop staff to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction
• Manage pressure and make strategic decisions to drive business success

What We're Looking For

• A business-savvy individual with a passion for people and operations
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager, with a proven track record of success
• A personal license holder is beneficial, but not essential
