Quality Project Engineer  Battery Development / EV/ Automotive / Chemical / Aerospace   Competitive Salary Plus Benefits  Jonathan Lee is currently supporting a strategic client in the recruitment of an experienced Quality Project Engineer to join their growing team in the design, development and manufacture of batteries for their state-of-the-art gigafactory on a permanent basis offering an attractive salary and benefits package. As a Quality Project Engineer, you will be supporting a cross-functional team ensuring quality is designed into products and processes from the initial research phase. In your first few weeks in this Quality Project Engineer role, you can expect to: Represent Quality and the "voice of the customer" in the development of product and processes in the industrialisation of products Facilitate cross-functional teams during the development Utilise lessons learnt during product development processes to ensure continuous improvement of the Quality, APQP and NPI procedures Initiate and support continuous improvement initiatives Support and develop control of production COP requirements and audits. To apply for this Quality Project Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include: Educated to degree level in an Engineering or Quality-related subject Certified 6 sigma Green Belt would be advantageous  Core Tools certified (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP/Control Plan).
