History Teacher

Exceptional History Teacher Wanted! Tradewind Recruitment are actively searching for an enthusiastic History Teacher for an Ofsted graded 'Good' school in the Maidstone area. The role is a September start and will be until the end of the calendar year with the view of extending beyond! The role will be full time with a salary of between £30,000 and £46,525 depending on experience. The role: Create and deliver lesson plans across KS3 and KS4 ensuring all abilities and needs are met Foster a deep appreciation for History and its relevance to the modern world Track and monitor progress to ensure all students reach their full potential Work collaboratively with colleagues within the History Department and across the wider schoolRequirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Proven experience in teaching History across KS3 and KS4 Excellent behaviour management Strong communication skills Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible Legal right to work in the UKDon't miss out on this opportunity - apply now!
