Rocket Staffing are recruiting for Bilingual Customer Service Advisors, in call centre based in Rugby. Position: Bilingual Customer Service French Start times: Monday – Friday 08:00am -16:00pm &10:00am - 19:00pm (Rotation) Salary: £26,000 The right candidate MUST be Fluent in French If you are a native speaker or passionate about languages and are fluent in French and you enjoy providing excellent customer service, this could be the role for you! Duties will include: ·Answering a high volume of calls ·Dealing with customers’ orders onto system ·Providing online support to customer chats in a timely and professional manner ·Responding to high volume emails and customer queries ·Processing customers’ orders taking payments when needed ·Handling customer warranty queries when required The ideal candidate: ·Must be fluent in French .Strong customer service ·Experience within a face paced environment ·Excellent computer skills ·Familiar with Microsoft Packages ·Ability to multitask and work within deadlines ·Well presented ·Friendly ·Passionate ·Willing to learn What we can offer: ·Onsite car parking ·Onsite training will be given ·Training programme For further information and detail regarding the role, please submit your cv
