Fibre Glass laminator

We are looking for a Fibre Glass laminator Due to the continued growth of our client, we are looking for a Trainee / skilled Fibre Glass Laminator The position will suit an applicant ideally with previous GRP experience, although not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate in the skills of glass fibre hand Laminating, mould preparation and maintenance. The work can be manual, but very rewarding, necessary skills to include the ability to work on your own initiative to achieve objectives and take responsibility for work undertaken. You will also be able to work as part of a team to achieve required work objectives, and to respond positively to changing work demands. You will need to have your own transport due to location of work. Hours of Work: Mon- Thur 07.30-16.30 Friday 07.30-12.30 Job Type: Full-time Salary: £11.45 to £16.59 /hour dependant on experience Duties include: Mould preparation and cleaning Preparation of Chopped Strand Mat and other reinforcing materials Applying Gel Coat to Moulds Laying up materials with Resin Understanding drawings and manufacturing specifications You will get 23 days holiday, free parking, 5 days sick pay, xmas shut down and company Pension If this is something you feel you would be suitable for, then please apply today for more details
