About the role of Technical Coordinator Joining a highly experienced technical team, within the residential sector overseeing units ranging from 60 - 150 units across the Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Hampshire region. Responsibilities for Technical Coordinator Within this role you will be responsible for: Managing the design process during the technical stage Overseeing of a projects lifecycle and insisting everything is on track in correct manner. Liaison with external authorities. Requirements for Technical Coordinator Add a sentence or two here about the company. Minimum 2 years' experience in a role of Technical Coordinator Preferably experience within the Residential experience An understanding of civil Engineering and sustainability is desired but not essential. Relevant Degree qualificationMy client is prepared to provide any necessary training and development in order for this individual to achieve career succession and satisfaction.
