Our team and what we’ll accomplish together Be part of a high-performing Strategic Financial Analysis team that delivers critical financial analysis to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Our team supports key strategic and financial analysis for significant and enterprise-wide corporate initiatives, due diligence on potential acquisition targets, valuations, purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment testing. Your forecasting and analytical skills will help the business, Treasury and M&A teams make informed decisions that align with TELUS corporate objectives. What you’ll do Collaborate with Corporate FP&A, Treasury, and various stakeholder teams on a monthly basis to forecast consolidated financial statements and key financial metrics With the support of the Strategic Financial Analysis team, suggest and implement improvements to make the forecast model more user-friendly, transferable, and dynamic Prepare scenario and sensitivity analysis of financial results, strategic initiatives, capital raises and other activities on key financial ratios Communicate key findings and variances to budget and prior forecasts to senior leadership in monthly and quarterly presentations Provide financial modelling and analysis support within the strategic financial analysis team What you bring A CPA designation or progressing towards a designation 2-4 years of accounting or finance experience Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative and positive approach to work An analytical and growth mindset Comfortable with uncertainty Ability to prioritize workload to manage multiple projects and deadlines Forecasting and financial analysis experience Great to have Due diligence and M&A experience Work Location - Remote - Canada  #LI-REMOTE
