Asset Manager Trevett Services are working with a national Building Services and FM provider who are looking to bring on an Asset Manager to work on their Static MOD site in the Salisbury region. This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week with excellent career benefits and future opportunities. Company Benefits: * Clear succession plans and personal development * Internal corporate benefits * Family friendly benefits * Leadership development programmes Key Responsibilities of the Asset Manager: * Liaising closely with project team to identify assets to be on boarded and ensuring all information is present. * Liaise with lab users if items have been delivered without data recording and labelling. * Identify and record serial numbers, model numbers, PAT Number, Oracle requisition and PO numbers and ensure Maximo match the information. * Loading of asset data, manufacturer details onto the database and in liaison with the Operations Engineers schedule maintenance. * To monitor outstanding maintenance routines and where necessary highlight problem areas to the Equipment. * Control and maintain the equipment numbering system and the issue of Equipment/Asset Labels. * Carry out critical spares assessments inclusive of; sourcing prices from suppliers, receiving quotes and delivery times for items. Essential experience the Asset Manager would need: * Experience of positively dealing with the resolution of customer problems within specific contracts. * Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or processing industry and working within a GMP environment would be an advantage. * Knowledge of Word & Excel spreadsheets and their implementation with overall good IT skills. * Ideally will come from an FM/Engineering background
