Job Requirements / Description
- Minimum of 20 years of relevant mining sector experience
- C-Suite level experience, ideally with an extensive network of relationships at senior levels
- Solid technical understanding of relevant services/solutions in: Mine engineering, Data management, Mine technical computing, Mineral processing, Geological modeling, Mine optimization and design, Process optimization, Mill design, Commissioning assistance, Financial evaluation, Operational support, Backfill Systems, Dynamic Simulation, Environmental Mining Services, Mine Design and Planning, Mine Ventilation, Refrigeration Systems, Shafts and Hoisting (Winder) Systems.
- A highly intelligent, strategically minded executive with superb communication and interpersonal skills and a willingness to roll-up his/her sleeves.
- Strong team orientation well-suited to building consensus in a global concern.
- Toronto-based or willingness to relocate to Toronto
- Experience in building and managing distributed teams of professionals
- Relevant degree in mining engineering or related discipline
