IT Operations Manager

IT Operations Manager - Rate Negotiable, depending on experience. Outside IR35 A contract IT Operations Manager is needed to support a rapidly growing business, to support the build, maturity and growth of the technology function as the business continues on an exciting growth trajectory. The current IT Service and Operations capability is small, lacks maturity in terms of IT best practices (such as ITIL). There is a clear need for this area of the IT organisation to grow, whilst defining and embedding appropriate processes and tools so that as the business grows, the IT Service and Operations capability is able to continually support the scaled needs of the business This role could suit a number of different levels of skills and experience - an experienced Service Desk Manager who has led medium to large teams with a good understanding of ITIL Processes, an established IT Operations Manager / Head of IT Operations who is still happy to drop down into detail whilst also being able to work at the strategic level could also suit the needs of the role, hence the rate is negotiable depending on experience.
