Job Title: Project DirectorAt Arcadis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our Property & Investment team in Paris. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage and direct multiple projects in project & cost management, from planning to delivery.Develop detailed project execution plans, including timelines, budgets, and required resources.Supervise and coordinate project team activities.Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the project.Participate in defining sustainable solutions to ensure project performance.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.Monitor project progress and take corrective action as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.Proactively manage risks and potential problems, proposing solutions and alternatives when necessary.Manage contractual relationships with clients.Develop innovative solutions to improve team efficiency in project delivery.Requirements:Minimum 15 years of experience in project management in project & cost management for international clients or investors.Experience in delivering projects of various types, including hotel projects.Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and problem-solving.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.Flexibility and a collaborative attitude.Leadership skills.Ability to become the trusted advisor to our clients.Commercial acumen to understand client needs and propose solutions.Excellent organizational skills.Rigorous attention to detail.Proactive approach to anticipating risks.Experience in contract negotiation and management.Ability to work independently and take responsibility.Excellent prioritization and self-management skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.Knowledge of various construction processes.We believe that everyone has the potential to make a meaningful contribution.
