Smiths Air Conditioning Services is an Aircon service business situated within Sunshine Coast. Currently, we have a position open for a team leader, where we require a skilled individual with a positive attitude to assist in repairs and installations to HVAC systems within the Residential and Commercial sectors within the Sunshine Coast.
We are looking for an individual that possesses the skills to be a team leader for now, but one that is looking to become a branch manager in the near future.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
Sound knowledge of air conditioning systems Ability to work autonomously and also lead a team when required Ability to manage contractors Exceptional problem solving skills Strong ability to organise workload and prioritise accordingly High level of WHS standards and safety conscious Ability to generate and write quotations Trade certified in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Drivers license What you will be rewarded with:
