1 role based at Peterborough College
Hours: 18.5 hours per week (2.5 days per week)
Pay: £12.13 per hour + £1.46 holiday pay
Contract: Immediate start, temp-to-perm, working all year round
About the Role
We are seeking two proactive and dedicated Student Experience Administrators to provide exceptional administrative support to the Student Experience Departments at Stamford College and Peterborough College. These roles will play a key part in ensuring both staff and students receive seamless support, allowing for an outstanding learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Offering administrative assistance to the Student Experience Departments
Taking accurate meeting minutes and maintaining comprehensive records
Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Supporting various processes to enhance the student and staff experience
Assisting in day-to-day operations and ensuring a smooth workflow
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
A wide range of administrative/clerical experience
Strong minute-taking skills
Experience handling confidential information
Experience working in a Further Education (FE) environment
A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks
