Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Caribbean dishes, including jerk chicken, curry goat, rice and peas, and more. •? Ensure all food is prepared to high standards of taste, presentation, and safety. •? Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, portion control, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. •? Monitor stock levels and place orders for ingredients as needed. •? Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the kitchen is compliant with food hygiene standards. •? Assist with menu development and contribute creative input for seasonal or special items. •? Support the front-of-house team during busy periods when needed. Requirements: •? Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, ideally with Caribbean cuisine. •? Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. •? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of orders. •?
