Job Title: Land Manager Location: Kent/Sussex Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE + car + bonus The Role We are seeking a Land Buyer or Land Manager in the Kent or Sussex region to join a regional housebuilder. As the successful Land Buyer or Land Manager you’ll have experience in land buying in the South East and ideally previous experience working at another regional or national housebuilder. The Company This company is a regional housebuilder in the South East, operating across different multi-tenure housing schemes across Kent, Sussex, Surrey and Essex. The role will require * Identify land opportunities in the specified region * Arrange site viewings with land agents and land owners * Undertake site feasibility and appraisals * Negotiate heads of terms * Report on progress of sites to the Directors Desired Skills & Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in land buying * Ideally experience in the South East * Previous experience working for another housebuilder Salary & Benefits * Up to £65,000 DOE * Company car * Generous bonus scheme * Pension scheme * 24 days holiday + bank holidays * Life assurance Keen to hear about other opportunities like this?
