Job Title: Behaviour Mentor (SEMH) Location: Camden Salary range: £85-£95 per day Start date: ASAP Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people? Job Responsibilities: Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH). Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviour and promote positive outcomes. Work collaboratively with teaching staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and track progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers. Foster strong relationships with students, encouraging their engagement and participation. Job Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEMH needs. Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents/carers. A genuine passion for education and supporting the development of young people. Flexibility and adaptability in response to the needs of the school and students.
