Are you ready to join a bouncy, cohesive and passionate team to challenge the status quo?The RoleYou will report directly to our Head of International markets and will be responsible for retail performances in our freshly launched international markets: UK, Belgium, Spain, Italy & Germany (50 stores in 2024).Full of energy, challenge driven & a real expert of retail.Mission: maximize business performances in your regions working closely with your area managers.Team: 4 area / country managers, 1 international talent acquisitionRetail performanceDefine and set with the Head of International Markets clear objectives, business actions plans and budgets for your regionsBuild and implement the retail animation strategy through the right routine & tools for the retail teamIn-store visit 80% of your time to support the teams, provide quantitative and qualitative feedback to management and propose action plansBe aware of competitors activity, conduct Mystery Visits on competitors, develop effective networking across the perimeter followedMake sure we hire the best profiles ensuring high performances & brand fitWork on career path, retention program & performance review hand in hand withImprove training program & tools to ensure the team excellency in collaboration with area managersRetail operationsUphold respect of Jimmy Fairly’s standards and procedures (visual, merchandising, maintenance, grooming, stock, etc.) and ensure operational excellenceStock inventoriesFinance & accountability processMake sure local compliance are respectedYour profileWe are looking for a talent excited to work in a fast-paced environment, to grow and manage in a self-starter environment with endless potential. A strong retail culture & business mindset.Proficiency in english is mandatory + another language among french, spanish, italianA previous experience in one of these countries would be highly appreciated: UK, Italy, Spain, Belgium, GermanyAt least 2 years’ experience as a retail manager in retail / fashion / accessorize / beautyEntrepreneur mindset & problem-solving skillsStrong organizational & communication skillsStrong commercial skills, challenger mindsetPositive mindset and smiley attitudeSupportive management styleExcellent analytical abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
