Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of chefs in a high-end, blue-chip contract catering environment
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase fresh, creative, and engaging cuisine
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional culinary experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborating with the Head Chef and other senior team members, you will help drive the culinary vision of the contract and contribute to the success of the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a contract catering environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
