Our client, a prominent entity in the HTP sector, is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (City Development) to join their team on a contract basis. This role requires an adept individual who can contribute positively to the city's development projects, including leisure centres and depots, with values ranging from £0.5m to £20m+. The role spans 4-5 days per week for up to 6 months, with a mix of office-based and home working arrangements. Key Responsibilities: Leading the development of projects in collaboration with Sponsors and Users Preparing comprehensive business cases and project delivery strategies Acting as the Client PM on projects Managing multidisciplinary project teams Preparing and managing project budgets, financial reporting, and programming Developing project planning, including risk management plans Preparing consultancy briefs, procuring, and managing consultants and service contracts Performing site visits to ensure project alignment and progress Job Requirements: Experience in delivering buildings from inception to completion across all RIBA stages Proven ability as a Client PM for large-scale or complex projects Knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts Proficiency in procuring and appointing specialists, such as design teams and external PMs Understanding of the planning application process and development management Relevant RICS/RIBA/CIOB/APM qualifications Recognised Project Management Qualification within the construction industry Capability to undertake site visits effectively Benefits: Opportunity to work on impactful city development projects Professional growth and development within a collaborative team environment Flexible working arrangements with both office and home working possibilities If you are an experienced Project Manager with a passion for city development and a robust understanding of the HTP sector, we would love to hear from you.
