This role is perfect for individuals looking to build a solid foundation in IT support while gaining experience in a fast-paced MSP environment. 1st Line IT Service Desk Engineer Edinburgh (Fully Onsite) £25,000 - £28,000 Main Duties: Provide 1st line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating more complex issues when necessary. Monitor and manage client systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Assist with setting up new equipment for users, including laptops, desktops, and printers. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and problem resolutions.Tech Requirements: Experience with Windows desktop operating systems. Familiarity with Office 365. Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). Experience using ticketing systems. Knowledge of Active Directory (user management, password resets).
