Our client based in Tamworth is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join their friendly Call Centre Customer Service Team on a Full-time basis. 37.5 hour working week As a Call Centre Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and chats. Call Centre Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Providing timely and effective resolutions to customer enquiries and issues. Maintaining accurate customer records of customer interactions and issues Answer all inbound calls in a professional and timely manner. Ensure customer orders are submitted accurately. Internal liaison with different departments.
