Job Summary: Contact Centre Sales Advisor

Work as a Contact Centre Sales Advisor in our Glasgow contact centre, earning a competitive salary with incentives to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take inbound calls from customers who are thinking of leaving or want to make changes to their Sky package
• Be a Sky Ambassador selling the right package to the right customer
• Have great conversations to meet our customer's needs, letting your personality shine

Working Hours:

Work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with varied shift patterns to suit your lifestyle

Training and Development:
