Job Brief:

Project Supervisors will travel throughout the US and Canada to manage and oversee the performance of Control Tech staff for a variety of projects. They ensure that the work that is being performed is at Control Tech standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Perdiem and housing provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with engineering and project management teams to ensure that the project design is accurate before work commences.
  • Ordering and scheduling the delivery of all equipment needed for the project.
  • Acting as the main point of communication between the main field and the office.
  • Managing the work schedules and timecards for all field staff.
  • Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties.
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ensuring that safety policies are strictly adhered to.
  • Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Other duties as required.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Travel required throughout US and Canada.
  • The ability to work in different environmental conditions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of contract terms and pricing.
  • Proven experience in supervising field operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of Construction and Maintenance safe working practices.
  • Good understanding of hazard identification and mitigation.
  • Participation in Company provided safety training.
  • 5-10 years of experience is required.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an industry-specific role is considered an advantage.
  • Licensed Electrician.
