Fleet Asset Admin My client in NG17 is looking for a Flett Asset Administrator to join their team on a temp-perm basis to assist with business growth across their engineering services business. This will primarily be to administer the overall costs including acquisition, maintenance and disposal of the company’s fleet assets. Fleet size is currently approx. 70, all LCV’s. Hours – Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm £27k Duties – o Support fleet users with breakdown, routine servicing, and hire provisions o Chase inspection sheets and follow up on reported defects o Maintain fleet compliance o Driving licence checks o Keep fleet tracking software up to date with vehicle movements o Update MID portal and other portals e.g. Dart Charge/TFL o Capture Fleet data for carbon reporting o Report on fleet costs To apply for this role, please do so online and we will be in touch
