Field Care Supervisor

**Job Description**

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Livingston. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of care professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of care services, and provide support and guidance to our care staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with our care staff and clients
• Provide on-call support to our care staff and clients, including evenings and weekends
