We leverage technology, data, sourcing, security and investment allocation in a global way, but also achieve economies of scale and synergies when necessary.At AXA Group Operations, we want to be recognized in three fields of action:·State-of-the-art Data Technology to drive customer experience·State-of-the-art Procurement & Sourcing to drive efficiency and better manage risks·High-Performing Global Team for stronger partnerships with AXA entitiesAs a Group Sustainable Procurement officer, your main objective is to implement and coordinate the Responsible Procurement policy and actions across the Group, aiming to integrate environment, Human Rights and Health and Safety considerations in the relationships with our vendors. Working with several other stakeholders, you will support local entities for the implementation of policy and actions and ensure their reporting. Main missions Your responsibilities include:·Project Management: oFollow-up the implementation of existing actions across entities and ensure their understanding and improvement: EcoVadis evaluations, inclusion of CR Criteria in RFPs, negotiations on CR ClauseoSupport all AXA initiatives linked to Responsible Procurement scope: Digital Sustainability, D&I procurement initiatives management·Community Management (around 130 members so far):oPrepare community callsoParticipate in cross-company working groups to identify best practices in sustainable purchasingoManage the online communityoSupport the community members dailyoRegularly update and share Responsible Procurement guidelinesoOnboard new and missing entitiesReporting:oCollect and consolidate KPI for the Annual Report and DJSI evaluationoUpdate the Annual Report and the AXA Group Standards sent to CEOsoUpdate PBRC with carbon footprint dataBenchmark and Awareness:oBenchmark with external companies, agencies to compare our policy and actions and identify opportunitiesoPrepare and coanimate Responsible Procurement Awareness sessions for Group and GO Procurement teamsYour ProfileWe are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Experience ·5+ years of professional experience required, preferably within AXA or in another insurance company including at least 2 years of experience in project context management·Practical experience in procurement·Experience working in a matrix & international environment·Experience in community managementTechnical skills·Experience in project/program management ·Experience in IT and/or General Expenses procurement·Experience in communication and change management·Able to think strategically and challenge the status quo·Analytical skills and ability to summarize & communicate on complex topics·English - Fluent in speaking and writingSoft skills / transversal skills ·Interest in environmental, health and safety and human rights topics·Ability to deal with very different personalities at various hierarchy / seniority levels and various organizations ·Will to work in an international environment and capacity to find the right balance between central commitment and local specificities·Flexibility and organizational skills·Have excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills·Practical, hands-on approach to deliver concrete resultsAbout AXAAs a world-leading insurance company, we act for human progress by protecting what matters.
