Cover Supervisor

We are looking for a new and exciting opportunity in education? We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Cover Supervisor to join a lovely school in Faversham. Responsibilities: * Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers * Deliver pre-prepared lessons to pupils across a range of subjects * Manage behavior and ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment * Mark and provide feedback on pupil work * Liaise with teachers and other support staff to ensure continuity of learning Qualifications: * A degree in any subject or equivalent experience * Experience of working with children or young people in an education setting * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage behavior and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment In return, we offer a competitive salary, ongoing professional development opportunities, and a supportive and collaborative working environment.
