As Manager, Key Accounts, you will be responsible for driving retailer performance, growing market share across channels, and developing enriched retailer relationships at senior levels. You will create and deliver 3-year business plans, lead and execute our brand strategy with retail partners, and manage sales targets within agreed budgets. You will negotiate across all levers to optimize brand performance and rankings on key metrics. You will be a leader within the team and will be adept at coaching and managing direct reports. This role will report to the Regional Brand Manager – EU (excluding DACH, DL, PL). RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategy: Build 3-year Brand commercial and budget plans & develop GTM strategy to achieve brand objectives. Account Management: Lead plans to achieve brand sales and profitability goals while monitoring stock levels with retailers. Create and agree on triple-win JBP with key retailers with clear KPIs and regularly monitor performance. Cultivate and nurture relationships with strategic key accounts. Ensure flawless execution of brand vision in Retailers across all touchpoints. Build strong partnerships with International Team counterparts to exchange ideas and collaborate on projects. Develop and negotiate 360 COOP Marketing plans to launch Innovation/brand campaigns. Lead regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Reporting: Track key sales performance metrics, including sales revenue and productivity. Analyze Sales performance to define growth opportunities. Collaborate with sales leadership to understand reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Utilize advanced Excel skills and data visualization techniques to create visually appealing reports. Management: Provide strong leadership to motivate and develop the direct team and wider business unit. REQUIREMENTS: Min 5-7+ years relevant experience in commercial roles. Proven experience in leading brand strategy and execution with key Retailers of the EU region. A natural storyteller with persuasive selling skills and adept negotiation experience. Strong analytical acumen and business development skills. Experience across channels with an established network of contacts in EU key Retailers. A strong understanding of the wider EU market is advantageous. Experience in utilizing commercial levers of luxury beauty to drive business performance. Strong analytical skills using consumer, brand, and marketing data metrics to inform strategy. Innovator with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to network and influence senior stakeholders and communicate recommendations concisely. Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (1-3 days per week in our Paris Office). In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program based on performance and company results.
